1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, islands, or military bases (APO/FPO/DPO).
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Cost & Delivery
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. No hidden fees.
- Processing Time: Orders placed Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. holidays) are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) begin processing the same day; orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Shipping Time: 14-17 business days (shipped from China)
- Total Estimated Time: 15-20 business days (Processing + Shipping)
3. Address Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate during checkout.
- Need to change your address? Please contact us at service@bezruche.store within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All orders are shipped from China. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by U.S. authorities are the responsibility of the customer. BEZRUCHE does not cover or refund these fees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
6. Important Shipping Disclaimers
- Lost or Stolen Packages: BEZRUCHE is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but are missing. We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
- Carrier Delays: While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please understand that occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, severe weather, or peak shipping seasons. These circumstances are beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
- Signature Required: Certain orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure security.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us immediately at service@bezruche.store. We will investigate the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund as needed.
