Return and Refund Policy

At BEZRUCHE, we aim to provide a clear and reliable process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Timeframe
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

1.2 Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, products must be in original, unused, and resalable condition, including all packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories. Minor handling, such as briefly inspecting or trying the product, is acceptable. Products with visible wear, damage, or modification are not eligible for return.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling are not returnable.

2. Return Process

2.1 Request Initiation
Contact our customer service at service@bezruche.store with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will provide instructions, including the correct return address. Do not send items to the original warehouse address unless instructed.

2.2 Return Authorization
Approved returns will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly marked on the package.

2.3 Return Shipping & Handling

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping.
  • A 3% handling fee of the product price applies to returns, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.
  • Use a reliable carrier with tracking and securely repackage items to prevent damage.
  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, BEZRUCHE covers shipping costs and waives the handling fee.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Method
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded within 2 days.

3.2 Refund Amount
The refund amount will be the product purchase price minus a 3% handling fee and return shipping costs (if any), unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.

3.3 Exchanges
To exchange a product, follow the return process. After processing the returned item, place a new order for the desired product. For defective or incorrect items, we may arrange a direct exchange—contact customer service for assistance.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

Report damaged or defective items immediately to service@bezruche.store with clear photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund without any handling fee.

5. Address & Instructions

All return addresses will be provided via email after your return request is approved. Do not send items to the original shipping or warehouse address unless instructed to ensure proper processing and faster refunds.

6. Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and the 3% handling fee, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, in which case BEZRUCHE covers the shipping cost and waives the fee.

7. Peak Season Returns

During high-demand periods, returns may take longer to process. We aim to complete returns within 10 days, but it may take up to 14 days. Early initiation is recommended.
